Arrival—children choose outdoor or inside imaginative play

Handwashing and snack (organic fruit) with fingerplays, songs and conversation

Imaginative play with a time for circle movement games.  This is when children can participate in an activity such as baking, crafts, watercolor painting, coloring, etc.  Puppet shows are often held right before lunch.

11:00

Hand washing and lunch (whole grain with lentils and organic vegetables). A story is told, conversation, etc.

Outside free play

Pickup of morning children.  Afternoon children come in for cheese and crackers. Babies are being put down for nap

Brushing teeth, nap or rest time

Upon awakening: 

Hair brushing, snack (yogurt or soup), imaginative play

Full-day children are picked up
