How to Enroll
We are currently full and are enrolling children for September-June of the 2011-2012 year, with openings available for the summer program as well (July and August of this year—ask us for details).
Rainbow Bridge provides an ideal next-step for children between home and school. Choosing a program for your child is a major step, and we want to make sure that there is a good fit for your child. To make the process easier for you, here are the steps involved:
- Please email or call us at 303-440-1459 to request an information packet and to arrange a visit. We arrange initial visits for the end of the day (around 4 pm) so we can answer your questions; please plan to bring your child (other family members are also welcome!). After this initial visit, it is also possible to arrange to visit with your child some morning before (or after) making your decision to enroll.
- When you decide to enroll, please return the application form along with the $50 application fee, the contract and the deposit fee,* which assures your child’s place.
- Once your contract is in, you are part of the Rainbow Bridge community and are invited to all parent evenings and festivals, even before your child starts. Shortly before or within the first few weeks following your child’s starting to attend, we will arrange to visit you in your home. This home visit provides an opportunity for us to start to know your child and family better. We love to see your child “in action,” and children are always excited to show us their room and toys. This strengthens the child’s bridge between home and school and also gives us an opportunity to discuss any questions on the application form, such as current nap and eating patterns, any allergies, and so forth.
*Please note that the enrollment deposit holds your child’s place and is nonrefundable, should your plans change for any reason. The amount is equal to and becomes the “Materials and Equipment Fee” as described on the “Enrollment Options and Fees” page; as such, if your child is joining later in the year, it is prorated from the time we start holding the opening for you.
